Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of your order delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Have all original tags and packaging attached.
- Be free from any signs of wear or damage.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
How to Return:
- Email our customer support team at support@elevogue.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your items.
- Pack the items securely, including the return authorization number, and ship them back to the address provided.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@elevogue.com. We will either offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit based on your preference.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. If you’ve received a shipment confirmation, your order has already been dispatched.
